1. Trial Services

Demo, Trial, and Promotional Plans are provided for evaluation purposes and are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected service plan.

3. Cloud Resource Usage

Charges incurred for cloud desktops, virtual machines, storage, backup, and other consumed resources are non-refundable once the service has been used.

4. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of services by contacting our support team.
